This is the mid-section of highway US27 and encompasses a number of rental communities from the intersection with US192 down towards Interstate 4. With this area fast becoming where the majority of visitors to the Orlando area will stay, improvements to the roads have made them wider to cater for the additional traffic. Access to the attractions, shops and restaurants is via Interstate 4 or US192. Likewise, a visit to Tampa or the Gulf coast beaches is equally as straightforward via Interstate 4.

Staying in this area means a car is essential when visiting the theme parks, area attractions and the local shops.

Tuscan Hills is a very new gated resort, with landscaped gardens and Mediterranean styled 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas. Available are luxury properties with private pools, based around a central clubhouse.

The clubhouse has a fully equipped exercise room, private office room with a computer and wireless Internet connectivity. For relaxation, there is also a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey. Outside, the community boasts a fenced children’s play area, tennis courts, a basketball and sand volleyball court.

Located mid-way along the increasingly popular US27 highway, Walt Disney World and other attractions are accessed either by travelling south to the intersection with Interstate 4 or north to the junction with US192.

For golfers, this is an ideal location, with Tuscan Hills being very much in the midst of an array of world class courses.

With Walmart located around 2 miles north on US192 and the local Publix supermarket around 1 mile south, there should never be a problem picking up those essentials. Heading towards Publix (adjacent to the Highlands Reserve community on US27), there are a variety of other adjoining shops and eateries, including: Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away, Dominos pizzeria and a wine & bistro parlour.

Travelling on further down US27 towards Interstate 4, there is the new Posner Park shopping centre offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. Again, there is a further selection of restaurants available.
