This is the mid-section of highway US27 and encompasses a number of rental communities from the intersection with US192 down towards Interstate 4. With this area fast becoming where the majority of visitors to the Orlando area will stay, improvements to the roads have made them wider to cater for the additional traffic. Access to the attractions, shops and restaurants is via Interstate 4 or US192. Likewise, a visit to Tampa or the Gulf coast beaches is equally as straightforward via Interstate 4.

Staying in this area means a car is essential when visiting the theme parks, area attractions and the local shops.

Located approximately 3 miles north of the intersection between US27 and Interstate 4, West Stonebridge is a small community offering 3 and 5 bedroom luxury rental properties. Situated on a small road, with just 73 properties available, the community is peaceful and well maintained.

Access through to the theme parks and attractions is either via US27 (and along US192) or via Interstate 4. The latter would also be the preferred route for Orlando and Sanford international airports.

For golfers, there are a number of excellent courses in the area, with many more to the south towards Haines City.

The new Posner Parks shopping complex is located a little over 3 miles south of West Stonebridge on US27 - heading towards Interstate 4. This complex has a number of major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less. En-route and opposite, there are some local restaurants and eateries. Heading north along US27 and the nearest Publix supermarket is just over 3 miles away. There are also a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour.

Located around 4 miles east is the ChampionsGate development, which has another Publix supermarket, with additional shops and restaurants alongside. There is also the Omni Resort hotel offering fine dining for that special occasion. The nearest Walmart is approximately 3.5 miles further north - just past the intersection with US192.
