Welcome to our 5 bedroom vacation home located within the upscale, gated community of Emerald Island Resort in sunny Central Florida. Located just 3 miles from the Walt Disney World Main Gate, our home is ideally located for easy access to some of the Worlds best theme parks, award winning dining options and the best in brand-name shopping.
Our home features 5 spacious bedrooms, a spacious family room with direct pool access, a fully equipped kitchen, a generously equipped games room and a large, private swimming pool with spa. Needless to say, our home at Emerald Island Resort is designed to ensure that you have a magical, fun-filled vacation in Florida.
Emerald Island Resort is one of the most sought-after communities in Central Florida. These include a King Master Suite, a Queen Guest Suite, Two Twin Bedrooms and a Queen Guest Bedroom. There’s plenty of room for the whole family!
There's no better place to experience the very best of the Florida Lifestyle during your stay with us than on the large, private pool deck. This area houses our 30ft, South Facing swimming pool sitting on the oversized deck measuring 30x40ft, as well as our spa and shaded lanai. During your vacation, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in the spa or dine alfresco under the stars.
The competitive members of your party will love spending some quality time in our generously equipped games room. Here, you can try your hand at American Pool, Table Football and Air Hockey. "Mark and Hannah's home is incredible. We have stayed at a few villas in the area over the years but this is by far the best. The house is immaculate, even more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and it was perfect for the 7 of us. It is so well-equipped, they really have thought of everything to make the guests' stay extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient for all of the parks and local amenities and the Emerald Island Resort is quiet, beautiful and so well-maintained. We had to contact the hosts/managing agents once during our stay for a very very minor issue but we had a response straight away and it was resolved immediately. We really cannot recommend this villa more highly, the only downside was that we had to leave! Thank you Mark and Hannah."

"Absolutely the best villa we have stayed in in Orlando. Definitely would recommend! Everything you need, like home from home. Having the pool was just brilliant for my kids and grandkids! "Spent a relaxing week at this villa and really enjoyed staying here. The villa is immaculate and well maintained. Everything that you will ever need is provided and many things that weren’t expected. Outside pool area was much appreciated as it provided plenty of sunshine with the added benefit of the pool. Games room was a nice touch but never used as it was only my wife and I.Massive tv in main lounge was great ( and I must say so easy to use having stayed at several villas over the years and encountering several problems) and well used in the evenings Loved the fact that there were bin bags,washing up liquid etc left to give us a start. Would happily recommend this villa to anyone wishing to holiday in the Disney area."

"Just got back from 2 weeks at Mark and Hannah’s villa at Emerald Island Resort.
For those or you who have never been to Orlando before, this villas is situated in a secure gated community which is one of the closest to All Disney Parks. This enables you to go to the parks early morning and return for a cooling off period in the pool/jacuzzi in the afternoon heat of the day and return to the Parks again in the evening if you so wish. Beware! Some villas as so far away that this would not be possible.
You are just off Highway 192 (main road of the area) with supermarket and restaurants easily accessible.
Now to the villa itself! We have stayed in several over the years and this is definitely up with the best of them. It is well looked after and extremely clean. The pool deck was immaculate and the netting of the lanai was in good condition, stopping the bugs, flys and little lizards getting into the pool area.
A big part of this, and a big thank you, must go to their Management Company out there. They obviously take pride in the houses that they look after, something which I know has been a problem with other villas which we have rented in the past.
In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would go back in a heartbeat.

"Our family enjoyed an amazing two weeks at Mark and Hannah’s villa. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, tastefully decorated and furnished, a luxury home from home. Oh, and the beds are amazingly comfortable, just what you need after a long day at the parks.
The pool is amazing, the kids loved it (so did we).
The management company are on hand to deal with any questions and are super helpful.
Mark and Hannah have thought of everything that you need at their home to make your holiday a special one.
This was our 4th trip to Orlando but have always stayed in one the higher end Disney Hotels, but the next time we are back in Orlando we will be booking the villa again. No going back to the hotels for us!
The villa is in a great location, a short drive from Disney and about 20mins or so from Universal. There are loads of restaurants close by along with a number of supermarkets. Emerald Island resort is great, everything is immaculately looked after and there is a great clubhouse on hand.

Emerald Island Resort, Four Corners
Emerald Island is a newer upmarket gated community, hidden away amongst woodland and offering executive villas, with the added benefit of a clubhouse and all the facilities you would expect from a holiday resort.
Boasting excellent community facilities centered around the huge clubhouse, guests have use of the community pool and sunbathing area, spa and sauna, gym and exercise room, games arcade and an internet cafe. Outside, there are tennis courts and basketball courts for the more sporty and children's play areas for the toddlers. All this and nature trails around the surrounding conversation and woodland area.
Heading around 2 miles towards US192, there is the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine). For eating out, there is a selection of restaurants and eateries, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. Heading onto US192 towards Kissimmee, you will find countless restaurants for eating out and an almost equal number of themed crazy golf to work off the meal!
