"Margaritavilla" is a spacious 7 bedroom home, located in a 24-hour gated community at Emerald Island Resort. It's just 3 miles away from Walt Disney World, making it an ideal place to stay for families who are planning a trip to Orlando, Florida. The house has 2 master suites, with one on each floor, and a total of 4.5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families.
The first floor master suite has a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have king size beds, while bedroom 5 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are equipped with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The family room is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a wide screen plasma TV. The private pool and spa provide a perfect place to relax after a long day of visiting local attractions. There is also on-site parking available. The front living room has additional seating for entertaining guests.
There is plenty of seating available for meals with a dining room, eat-in kitchen, and patio table and chairs. The common areas are tiled throughout. The open and spacious kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals at home.
The house also has a private screened-in pool and heated spa, with a covered lanai that provides shade and loungers for sunbathing. The game room features a ping pong table, foosball game table, and TV.
This vacation resort home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's located close to all the major attractions in the area, and there are plenty of amenities included with your stay!

Located near our Disney properties are liquor stores and grocery stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Winn Dixie and Publix. There is a Starbuck’s and Dunkin’ Donuts for morning coffee on the go! There are many shopping plazas close by with restaurants such as Macaroni Grill, Charley’s Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Pollo Tropical, On the Border, Hooters, Pei Wei, Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant, Wolfgang Puck’s, Paradiso 37, Denny's, Bahama Breeze, Sweet Tomatoes, Bonefish Grill, Rainforest Café, Outback Steak House, House of Blues, Kobe Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Menchie’s frozen yogurt, IHOP Restaurant, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Longhorn’s Steakhouse, Tijuana Flats, Miller’s Ale House, Applebee’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-a, Panda Express, Checkers, KFC, Joe’s Crab Shack, Flipper’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, Cracker Barrel, Golden Corral, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Subway and of course all the Walt Disney World dining options here in Orlando, Florida. There are several golf courses within a few miles. Two Mini Golf courses, and shopping are nearby. There is also a hospital, drug stores and an urgent care clinic all within 5-10 minutes.
Old Town Kissimmee (features 8 restaurants, 75 shops and 18 amusement rides) is about 10 minutes. The Amway Center, Downtown Orlando and Church Street are approximately 30 minutes. If you like to shop…The Premium Outlets, Mall at Millennia and the Florida Mall are 20-25 minutes. The Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Halloween Horror Nights, City Walk, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, International Drive and Volcano Bay are all about a 15-20 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is a 25 minute drive. Disney World parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, etc.), AMC movie theatres, Disney Springs and Cirque du Soleil Orlando are approximately a 5-15 minute drive away from our home rentals by Disney. Daytona Beach is a about a 60 minute drive. Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive. Tampa Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are 1½ hour away.

"We had a great stay at this home, would absolutely recommend! In total we stayed for almost a month with two groups. First group was all adults in their 50s, the house was big enough for every couple to have their own room and bathroom. The layout was great and location was perfect for groceries and shopping. Second group was a couple young families, the safety features for the pool and small children was amazing. If you’re interested in Disney this location was only about 15-20 minutes away. There wasn’t a bbq initially on site but after communicating with the host one was provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation and would return back to the same home!"

Emerald Island Resort, Four Corners
Emerald Island is a newer gated community offering 3 to 7-bedroom executive villas within a woodland area. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with a spa and sauna, exercise room, games arcade and internet café. Outside there is a communal pool and children's play areas, along with nature trails around the surrounding lakes and woodland.
On the nearby highway US192 there is an Aldi, Walgreens, other smaller shops, eateries and service stations. Head east on US192 for the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel further east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
